At fashiospheree, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of any defect or issue is required.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.
How to Request a Return
Email support@fashiospheree.com with your order number, a detailed explanation, and clear photos of the product issue.
Our customer care team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide instructions for return if approved.
Return Shipping
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
If not, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.
Non-returnable Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
